To bring this vision to life, they recruited Susan Morrison, a Registered Manager with over 30 years of experience. JSO Care Home care can provide a service to the entire of Northeast England locations with our trained and tested carer just few minutes’ drives to your home.

With visiting care package, although it’s not always possible to cherry-pick your own carer, JSO Care will always take your preferences and needs into account so that we can pair you with someone who matches your personality and will be able to provide you with the support you require.

With home care visits from as little as 30 minutes per week up to several a day, we have the experience and flexibility to meet your needs

Hourly care is a support package where our carer will visit you for an hour at a time, ensuring that you get the support you require at the times of day when you really need it. This is a flexible care package that allows you to continue living life on your own terms in your home.

Yes, hourly care and visiting care are the same thing, although it is worth noting that JSO Care also offer 30 and 45-minute home care visits.
